Tariffs are not applicable on Long Weekends & from Dec to Jan.
Food & Drinks are not allowed in Rooms.
Incase of Power failure, generator will be ON only post 7:00 PM.

Kitchen Time :
– Breakfast : 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM
– Lunch : 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM
– Dinner : 08:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Pool Time : Upto 7:00 PM

Pool Rule :

  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
  • No running around the pool.
  • Food & Drinks are not allowed in pool.
  • No smoking in pool.
  • Do not use pool under the influence of Alcohol or Medicines.
  • No lifeguard on duty — Swim at your own risks.
  • No spitting or body fluids in pool.

Only nylon, spandex, or polyester swimwear is allowed to ensure water hygiene and pool maintenance.
– Cotton, denim, or woolen materials are not allowed as they shed fibers and disrupt filtration.

Children’s Attire:
– Young children must wear swim diapers/swim-specific shorts if they are not yet toilet-trained.

Cultural Sensitivity:
Modest swimwear (full-body swimsuits, rash guards, etc.) is allowed for guests who prefer more coverage.

Footwear:
Guests must remove shoes before entering the pool area. Pool slippers/sandals are recommended for walking around the poolside.

Strict Hygiene Rules:
All guests must shower before entering the pool.

Note: Guests failing to comply with the above rules may be denied access to the swimming pool. These measures are in place for the comfort and safety of all our visitors.

Booking & Payment – Currently, we accept bookings over the Phone. You can directly call us on +91-7021424204 to reserve your stay with 50% advance.
– All Reservations require deposit of 100% accommodation tarrif due at time of check-in.
– A valid guest photo ID with address proof approved by Government of India is mandatory at the time of check-in.

Cancellation: No refund will be offered on cancellation of the booking.

Behaviour
Please remember that you are sharing Bahawa Guest House with other guests and with the owners – please behave accordingly. Please be aware of fellow guests if coming in very late or leaving early from the Guest House, and when watching TV or playing music. We reserve the right to terminate bookings if faced with unreasonable or anti-social behaviour.
We do not tolerate racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise discriminatory language or behaviour and we reserve the right to terminate a booking on receipt of a complaint. Please
contact the owners as soon as possible if you have an issue with the behaviour of a fellow guest.

Complaints
In the event of a complaint, we will investigate and respond in a timely and courteous manner. Where appropriate, we will make immediate amends.

Housekeeping, Guest’s Liabilities
Bahawa Guest House is strictly no smoking inside the accommodation. A standard cleaning charge of Rs.100.00 per night will be levied on guests who smoke in their rooms.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to Bahawa’ property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit or debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit or debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
We reserve the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered or interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the Guest House, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the hotel. Should the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to
light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit or debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
We will use our best efforts to return any items left behind by a guest after their stay, but reserve the right to recoup any costs incurred by Bahawa Guest House.

Pets
For the comfort of other guests, Bahawa Guest House does not allow pets. If you have a registered assistance dog, please inform us prior to booking.

Security
Bahawa Guest House expect your room and the front door of the property to be closed at all times. We request that all guests follow this safety and security measure. We reserve the right
to refuse admission and exclude visitors from our accommodation.

A booking-in form must be completed by all guests on arrival.

We also ask that all guests read our fire notice that can be found on the wall of each room.
